Guarantees
Bob Jackson (1993) Cycles Ltd., guarantee that all
their frames are built in their own works and that
all reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure
the finest materials and workmanship possible; should
any defect occur we undertake to repair or replace,
free of charge, provided same is returned carriage
paid. Any composite materials used as part of their
frames are guaranteed for a period of two years from
the date of purchase. This does not apply to defects
caused by accident, misuse, wear and tear, or neglect,
and only applies to parts manufactured by us; this
guarantee is only valid to the original customer and
providing it has not been repaired or altered by any
other firm. We do not hold ourselves responsible for
any consequential damage or expense which may arise
from the result of other manufacturers defective material
or workmanship.
Returns
Customers wishing to return goods should note that
Bob Jackson Cycles will only accept the return of
goods that are faulty or suffering from material defect
with a returns authorisation number. No other returns
will be accepted.
